Water will be included for the rent of the apartments. Water can be used for drinking, cooking, and bathing. I will use Flex PEX pipes for running the water lines. This system will have a manifold in the water room within the basement. From the manifold, they will run to the appropriate fixture, and they will be marked at the manifold. All red lines will be hot water, and all blue lines will be cold water. All returns to the sewage system will be black. This color coordination will make it easier for the tenant, and plumber. These lines will likely run in interior walls even though closed cell spray foam insulation provides for a thermal break.
