Welcome to my 3 Story Building. This will be one of two buildings I would buy if I had $10,000,000. This building will not be my residence, but the idea is to use the building as rental property. The first floor will have a store-front. Due to the layout of neighboring buildings, I will not be able to offer parking for the tenants, so those that rent here will be in the best interest to rely on public transit.

The second floor will be a 1BR apartment which will also have a small office space. This office space is in my opinion essential since it’s not impossible to think someone might be working from home. Any apartment I would own that has 1+ bedrooms will also have an office. The roof will be converted into a flat roof which will allow for me to install a studio apartment on the third floor. Unlike the 1BR apartment, there will be no office. There will be a communications cabinet which will allow for the tenant to select their television provider. The default is OTA, and should only be changed by someone that is comfortable with making changes.

The basement will have the utilities in, and there will be 2 sets of utilities. One will be for the apartments, and common space. The second will be for the store front. As you might guess, the apartments will have utilities included with the exception of telephone, and premium television. You can learn more in other pages of this site.
