Sidewalk

The sidewalk might not seem like a big deal, but it deserves a paragraph or two. First, I will have the address, and the respective web address stamped into the concrete. This will allow someone walking by to know your address which is good if they are looking for you, or they are lost. There will be a web address imprinted in the sidewalk. Since I already own fsp.homes, the web address will be using that domain for the web address. As expected, this will be a sub-domain website rather than using the entire domain. If I was to have my own realty company, then the address will be something more professional.

The sidewalk will have in-ground radiant heating systems. Basically, a server that controls the system will do a weather check. If it is due to snow, or sleet, then the ground will be warmed up to 54°F (12°C). This will keep the snow and ice from forming on the sidewalk, therefore providing for a clean, and clear sidewalk without the need to shovel, or salt the sidewalk. The sidewalk will be safe, and this will decrease the building’s insurance which helps you. A lower insurance will encourage me to continue to keep the price competitive.
