The roof will be simple and to the point. There will be an elevator room. This room will hold all of the hardware the elevator would need. On the roof of the elevator room will be the OTA (Over The Air) antenna to allow the tenants to have access to 50+ local stations. The remainder of the roof will be solar panels to allow the building to generate most if not all of the electricity it would need. Since the roof will be converted into a flat roof, it would make sense to place as many solar panels as possible.
