Internet service will be included. You would be provided with either a 1GBPS FiOS (Fiber Optic Service), or 300MBPS from a coaxial provider. In either case, you would have a sufficient internet connection that would be better than Xfinity’s Internet Essentials program which is normally $15/month for a 75MBPS connection. Since the internet is a part of your rent, and this isn’t a normal thing, you would be surprised that you would have no other options. This is to reduce the number of lines that would have to be run to allow you to use your own ISP (Internet Service Provider) rather than using the included connection.
