In the main room next to the exit door, there will be a Nest Thermostat that will control the interior temperature of your residence. This temperature applies for the entire space, and not to a particular room. For cooling, there will be forced air cooling, and heating, there will be underfloor radiant heating. Since there will be superior insulation, and triple pane windows, the indoor temperature should be able to stay indoors. This should be sufficient for the tenant to have the temperature control that they will need. Also, since this is a smart thermostat, it will eventually be able to predict your needs, and set itself to what you would usually set to.
