Since your apartment is the only one on the floor, you can choose to have your floor as locked. This will mean that no one entering the elevator can go to your floor without an authenticated key. This will make it a little inconvenient for people delivering items to you as you would have to go down to meet them rather than them coming up to you. If you can’t keep you mind made up on whether it is locked or not, then I will keep it unlocked.
