The City of Pittsburgh provides standard trash service to all of the city of Pittsburgh. The only thing I don’t like about the policy is that recyclable trash can not be bagged up. This will mean that shredded paper will have to be placed in the recyclable trash can without a bag. If the can got knocked over for whatever the reason, then this shredded paper making a mess of the scene. However, standard trash is still in bags which in my opinion is backwards.
