All coaxial jacks will be RG6 which is the best standard for coaxial jacks. Considering they will be in the walls, and need to have a direct run, there will be no realistic way to run coaxial to every where to meet every business. This is the same predicament as the networking issue. With that said, there will be no television lines running. A business owner will have to use DVR for his favorite shows at home, and accept and Over the Air antenna for whatever TV they may have.
For the residence, there will be an RG6 coaxial jack in the living room, home office, media room, and every bedroom. All lines will use the same service provider. In the communications closet, there will be options for Antenna, Comcast, or Verizon. I just don’t see the value in cable TV, so I will likely keep with the antenna even though I will likely be able to afford a cable TV subscription. On the roof of the elevator room, there will be an OTA antenna which will provide for all of the needed channels. There will also be a Tablo OTA DVR which will record up to 4 channels at one time. If I need to record 4 channels, and need to watch another channel, I will just use my regular TV connection, and not Tablo to watch the show.
