There is currently a business on this floor. Since the entire building needs to be gutted so it can be renovated, and it doesn’t make much sense to work around this business, they may have to temporarily not exist until the work is done. If this is not an option for them, then I would be OK with them leaving, and there will be no negative consequence imposed by me if they wish to terminate the lease. I will just have to find a new business on the first floor when the building is renovated.
Unlike my 4 Story Building, there will be no garage space in the rear. This is due to conditions that are beyond my control. With that said, the store front will lose some space as there will need to be a public foyer, and an elevator to get the upstairs tenants to their apartments. The public foyer will have a intercom call box for both of the upper floors which will ring to your phone of choice.
