The basement will be an important floor. It would host the communications room which connects the apartments into the single internet connection. It will also host a room for the water lines, and providing for hot water via a tankless hot water system. More importantly for the tenants, there will be a laundry room. This room will have 2 double load washers, and 2 double load dryers. These machines will be pay machines, and will use your NFC enabled debit/credit card to pay for the use. Each laundry machine will be $2.00 per load. There will also be a rule where you can not use more than 2 machines at one time. This is because you are expected to share with your neighbor on the other floor.
