Non-Metalic Barrier wiring will be used for the electrical system. This will run from the outlet to the circuit panels which will have a whole system surge protection system in place. In addition, there will be solar panels on the roof to generate electricity, and battery banks that would filter the electricity to prevent spikes from damaging the devices plugged in. Any non-GFI outlets will also have 2 USB-C ports in addition to the standard outlets. Obviously, the USB-C ports are for charging devices like phones, and tablets. This may seem like overkill, but it will be designed in a way to provide the resources the household will need to make the best use of electricity.
