Simply put, there will be no gas capabilities in the building. The gas line will be capped at the source, and no meter. This means that electric is the only option. If the business tenant is a restaurant, then they will need to assure they have accommodated for such. No gas line will be installed, nor authorized for installation. With this being said, the electricity bill will likely be higher, but there is some savings with a share of the solar panels for the unit.
